Cedric Pendleton (born December 5, 1973; age 50) played T.O. Osmond on The Shield between Season 1 and Season 2.
Cedric Pendleton was born in Florence, Alabama. His parents were school teachers and his father was also a politician and civil rights leader. When he was very young, Pendleton moved with his family to Atlanta. When he grew up, Cedric started working full time in corporate sales, while also studying acting at Actor's Express Theater. This led to a prolific career in theater.
Through his career, Pendleton has appeared in feature films like Summer Catch, Runaway Jury, and Unconditional. Aside from that, he has also appeared in TV shows like Dawson's Creek, The Guardian, True Blood, and CSI: NY. Pendleton had a recurring role in Tyler Perry's House of Payne from 2007 to 2011. He reprised his role in 2020 when the show was brought back on BET.
