Edward Albert Heimberger (April 22, 1906 – May 26, 2005) was an American actor. He is known for his roles on stage and screen and received nominations for two Academy Awards, a BAFTA Award, and two Golden Globe Awards. Albert made his acting debut with the film Brother Rat (1938).

Albert, who in recent years he had been battling Alzheimer’s disease, succumbed to complications from pneumonia. He was 99 years old.
