Lan Cheng-lung ( Chinese: 藍正龍; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Nâ Chèng-liông, born March 1, 1979) is a Taiwanese actor and film director. He was born in Yilan, Taiwan. [ 1][ 2] Career. Lan made his acting debut in 2001 and gained attention for one of his first roles, a small cameo as Ya-men in Meteor Garden.

Lan Cheng Lung (Chinese: 藍正龍; pinyin: Lán Zhènglóng, born March 1, 1979 in Luodong, Taiwan), also known by his English name Blue Lan, is a Taiwanese actor. He is best known for his roles in The Outsiders, Easy Fortune Happy Life, I Love You So Much, and Apple in Your Eye.
Lan guest starred in two episodes of Meteor Garden (2001) as Ya Men, a rival to Jerry Yan's Dao Ming Si.
Early life
Lan was born on March 1, 1979 in Luodong in the Yilan County of Taiwan.
Career
In 2000, Lan had a supporting role in the medical comedy, Da Yi Yuan Xiao Yi Shi (大醫院小醫師). The same year, he appeared with Ken Chu and Jerry Yan in Spicy Teacher. He had a small role as Ya Men in two episodes of Meteor Garden in 2001. In 2002, Lan starred alongside S.H.E members, Ella Chen and Hebe Tien, in Magical Love. He starred in The Outsiders and Blazing Courage in 2004. Lan also appeared in four episodes of Say Yes Enterprise (2004) with Barbie Hsu. He starred in The Legend of Hero, based on a Chinese manhua, in 2005. The same year, he appeared in Main dans la Main and Golden Age. Lan had a supporting role in 2006's Dangerous Mind as the boyfriend of Gwei Lun-mei character. He starred in the police drama Police et vous and the romance I Do? in 2008. In 2009, Lan appeared opposite Joe Chen in Easy Fortune Happy Life and Annie Liu in the film, L-O-V-E. He starred in PS Man with Sonia Sui and had a cameo in 4 Gifts in 2010. Lan appeared in four films in 2011, including Night Market Hero, A Big Deal, Spin Kid, and Joyful Reunion. In 2012, Lan starred in I Love You So Much and Happy Michelin Kitchen. He appeared with Amber An in the 2013 film, Forever Love. Lan and An reunited in Apple in Your Eye. He won Best Actor at the Golden Bell Awards for his performance in the show. In 2016, Lan appeared in TTV's third part of their Q Series, titled Jiang Teacher, You Talked About Love. He joined the cast of Wake Up in the sequel. Lan appeared alongside Chu Ke-liang in the comedy film, Hanky Panky (2017). In 2018, he starred in The Ex-Man with Rainie Yang.
Personal life
Lan began dating Barbie Hsu, likely after filming Meteor Garden. They broke up in 2005. On May 17, 2014, Lan married actress Jade Chou in a civil ceremony. They began dating after starring in See U Hokuriku (2013) together, but had met thirteen years before. Chou gave birth to their first child, a daughter, on May 16, 2015. On October 5, 2016, their son was born.
