Rachel is a Chinese-British actress based in New York City. She was raised between Brooklyn and Manhattan’s Chinatowns. She can be seen on Black Cake (Hulu), or as Detective Victoria Cho on Season 2 of NBC’s Law & Order: Organized Crime. Other TV credits include: Bull (CBS) and F/X’s Pose.
