Herbert Tsangtse Kwouk, OBE ( Kwouk; / kwɒk /; Chinese: 郭弼; 18 July 1930 – 24 May 2016) was a British actor. He is perhaps best known for his role as Cato in the Pink Panther films.

May 24, 2016 · LONDON (AP) — Burt Kwouk, an actor who played martial arts expert Cato in the comic “Pink Panther” films, has died. He was 85. Kwouk’s agent, Jean Diamond, said in a statement that he “passed peacefully” on Tuesday. She didn’t give a cause of death.
