Jan Sælid (født 16. mai 1970) er en norsk skuespiller. Han vokste opp i drabantbyen Haugerud i Oslo. Han ble ansatt ved Nationaltheatret/Torshovteatret (1996–2002) etter utdannelsen ved Statens teaterhøgskole. Etter dette ble han frilanser og har siden vekslet mellom å jobbe med teater, tv og film.
