陈小艺 （1968年2月8日 — ），生于 四川 乐山 ，中國大陆女 演員 。 毕业于 中央戏剧学院 学院表演系，1991年凭借电视连续剧《 外来妹 》一夜红遍中国，以电影《 离婚 》获百花奖最佳女配角。 生平. 陈小艺12岁时考入乐山川剧艺术学校，同年第一次登上大荧屏，在 北京电影制片厂 拍摄的中国内地第一部武侠电影《神秘的大佛》中扮演剧中角色梦婕。 1987年考入中央戏剧学院表演系。 [1] 次年便以《天上草原》第二次提名金鸡奖最佳女主角，还获得了上海影评人奖的最佳女演员奖。 1991年，因出演反应深圳务工族群的电视剧《外来妹》而一炮而红，获得金鹰奖和飞天奖的最佳女主角双提名，并且成为了那几年杂志最爱用的封面女星之一。 1993年凭借电影《离婚》获得百花奖最佳女配角奖。

陈小艺出生在四川一个川剧演员家庭。父亲陈培才，河北赞皇人，是成都军区战旗话剧团副团长。受家庭影响，陈小艺从小学习川剧。
1987年，考进中央戏剧学院表演系。从中戏毕业后，陈小艺进入北京人民艺术剧院 。
1988，代表中央戏剧学院参加国际戏剧院校戏剧节，因《挂画》获独角戏特别大奖 。大四那年，她被选中担任电视连续剧《外来妹》的女主角。
1991年，主演电视剧《外来妹》播出，饰演从打工妹到民营企业带头人的“赵小云” ，该剧获飞天奖一等奖，陈小艺获飞天奖最佳女主角提名 。
1993年，参演电影《离婚》饰演马少奶奶，获得第十七届百花奖最佳女配角奖 。
1993年，领衔主演的《海马歌舞厅》饰演歌舞厅女经理田春。
1997年，主演刘惠宁执导的电视连续剧《老房子》 。

陈小艺的丈夫是导演刘惠宁，1997年，陈小艺与刘惠宁在拍摄《老房子》时相识，1998年结婚 。2000年生下儿子刘恒甫，小名铁蛋。
陈小艺与徐帆、蒋雯丽、李琳，并称为国内荧屏的四大青衣，从《外来妹》一炮走红后陈小艺一直星途坦荡，无论是《军歌嘹亮》、《母亲》、《大姐》、还是《苦菜花》，陈小艺演尽了女人的酸甜苦辣（光线易视评） 。
