Jan Peszek (born 13 February 1944) is a Polish theatre, film, and television actor. Although primarily involved in theatre work, he has appeared in more than sixty films since 1970. He is most well known for his work with dramaturgist Bogusław Schaeffer.

I am an assistant professor at the Institute of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics, University of Warsaw. Until recently, I was an assistant professor at the Institute of Mathematics of the Polish Academy of Sciences and a postdoc at the Center for Scientific Computation and Mathematical Modeling, University of Maryland, College Park.
My primary interests include PDEs, collective dynamics and particularly the multiscale description of consensus and aggregation.
