Jul 20, 2011 · David Ngoombujarra, 44, was a three-time Australian Film Institute award winner. His body was discovered in a park in Fremantle, the port city near Perth on Sunday. And police are awaiting a toxicology report to determine the cause of death but say it was not suspicious.
