[ 編輯] 尾野國中二年級時某日在學校打掃鞋櫃，當時女導演 河瀨直美 正在山上為《 暗戀家族 》勘景及尋找女演員，偶然間看到了擦拭鞋櫃異常認真的尾野，因而主動詢問尾野是否願意參演電影《暗戀家族》。 原本因隔年即要考高中，雙親反對其參演電影，並認為深山的孩子不適合進藝能界，於是河瀨親自到尾野家中懇求並保證不會荒廢學業，雙親才同意參演。
