Julia Tokarz, Chef/Co-owner, transitioned from Hollywood to baking amid the pandemic, investing her last paycheck in a mixer to start East Side Cheesecakes. Partnering with Gregory Lay, they crafted popular cheesecakes from their Alhambra home, known for Julia's creative flair and their in-house cultured cream cheese.
