Dorota Małgorzata Kolak-Michalska [1] (ur. 20 czerwca 1957 w Krakowie) – polska aktorka teatralna, filmowa i telewizyjna, profesor sztuk filmowych i teatralnych, nauczycielka akademicka; w latach 1980–1982 aktorka Teatru im. Wojciecha Bogusławskiego w Kaliszu, od 1982 aktorka Teatru Wybrzeże w Gdańsku.
Dorota Kolak is a Polish actress and academic teacher. She graduated from the National Academy of Theatre Arts in Krakow in 1980. She started her career at the Wojciech Boguslawski Theatre in Kalisz from 1980 to 1982. Since 1982, she has been associated with the Wybrzeze Theatre in Gdansk.
Dorota Kolak na swoim koncie ma także liczne kreacje w Teatrze Telewizji, filmach oraz serialach. Jest laureatką bardzo wielu nagród teatralnych i odznaczeń. Na 34. Festiwalu Polskich Filmów Fabularnych w Gdyni otrzymała nagrodę filmową za najlepszą drugoplanową rolę kobiecą w filmie "Jestem Twój". Pani Dorota jest nie tylko aktorką.
