South Side is a neighbourhood cafe and coffeehouse located at, as the name suggests, the South of Singapore - Keppel. A ‘third place’ for everyone; South Side serves wholesome and familiar dishes and desserts, complete with a cup of good coffee for a mid-day perk-me-up and a calming ambience to soothe the mind.
By Public Bus: Take Bus 123 and alight at Beach Station. Transfer to the Sentosa Beach Shuttle and alight at Siloso Point. By Intra-Island Bus: Take Bus A or C and alight at Siloso Point, walk to Southside. Nearest Carpark: Southside, 80 Siloso Road. Southside Shuttle Bus runs every Fri, Sat, Sun at on-demand basis.
Potatoes are cut into thin strips & pam-fried to crispy outside, while soft inside; rosti though thick, is well-cooked to perfection & not greasy; topped with refreshing smashed avocado & onsen egg; squeeze the lemon wedge at the side for some zest; came with sour cream at the side; one of the better rosti I've tried..
