Stephen Christopher Spagnuolo (/ s p æ ɡ ˈ n oʊ l oʊ /; born December 21, 1959) is an American football coach who is the defensive coordinator for the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League (NFL).
Steve Spagnuolo is the defensive coordinator of the Kansas City Chiefs and has won four Super Bowls as a coordinator. He led the Chiefs to back-to-back Super Bowl titles in 2023 and 2022, with a defense that ranked among the best in the NFL in sacks, takeaways and points allowed.
