MCC Theater (Manhattan Class Company) is an off-Broadway theater company located in New York City. The theater was founded in 1986 by artistic directors Robert LuPone, Bernard Telsey and William Cantler. Blake West joined the company in 2006 as executive director.

MCC Theater is a permanent home for the Off-Broadway organization that produces new works. It has two theatre spaces, a 245-seat and a 100-seat, located at West 52nd Street and 10th Avenue.
