Hiroyuki Sawano (澤野 弘之, Sawano Hiroyuki, born September 12, 1980), stylized as Hiroyuki SAWANO, is a Japanese composer, arranger, lyricist, pianist, and music producer best known for his work on many anime series, video games, television dramas, and movies.

Hiroyuki Sawano (澤野弘之 Sawano Hiroyuki, born September 12, 1980) is a Japanese musician and composer best known for working on various TV dramas, anime and movies. In 2014, he began a vocal song project named SawanoHiroyuki[nZk].
Sawano was born in Tokyo, Japan. He played piano since elementary school and, at age 17, he studied composition, arrangement, orchestration and piano under Nobuchika Tsuboi. Active as a composer since 2004, he first gained recognition for his work on the Team Medical Dragon TV drama in 2006. In 2009, he released his first solo album Musica, which included some of his more popular songs done for TV shows, including the Team Medical Dragon insert song Aesthetic, featuring vocals by Aika Sekiyama.
He is now currently the composer at VV-ALKLINE since year 2017. Formerly at Legendoor. He changed the stylization of his romanized name to Hiroyuki SAWANO in late 2021.
