  3. McQuaid Jesuit High School is an all-male, Catholic, Jesuit, college preparatory school run by the USA Northeast Jesuit province of the Society of Jesus in the metropolitan area of Rochester, New York.

  4. In 1967, McQuaid opened its doors to eighth graders; in 1993 to seventh graders; and in 2012 to sixth graders. McQuaid Jesuit has been in continual operation since 1954, and continues to thrive today as a Jesuit, Catholic, independent college preparatory school.

  6. McQuaid Jesuit sponsors a chapter of the National Honor Society. Students are eligible following first semester junior year. A second consideration is made at the beginning of senior year. Selection is based upon a student demonstrating four characteristics specified by the National Association: character, leadership, scholarship, and service.
