Plot. In Adventure Bay, a truck driver named Gus crashes and hangs over the town’s suspension bridge; Cap’n Turbot arrives on the scene and calls the PAW Patrol to help rescue him. After the save, a dachshund named Liberty alerts the PAW Patrol that their arch-nemesis Mayor Humdinger has just become mayor in nearby Adventure City.
