Arrested with belligerent accomplice Terry Marsh, Jane cannot name the boys involved in the crime and is sentenced to juvenile hall for one year. Terry, convicted for a second time, is sentenced to juvenile hall until her twenty-first birthday, then the penitentiary until she is twenty-five.
Jane Koberly, present during a robbery, is falsely convicted of being an accessory. While being taken with her companion, Terry Marsh, to an industrial school on the week of Thanksgiving, Terry's boyfriend springs them both.
