The Hit is a 1984 British road crime film directed by Stephen Frears, and starring John Hurt, Terence Stamp, Laura del Sol and Tim Roth in his film debut. The problem with expectations though is that it most of the time lead to awful disappointment. The Hit is one of those most of the time situations. The biggest letdown of this novel would be the one and only Jessica Reel.
