Boiling Point, known in Japan as San tai Yon ekkusu Jugatsu (3-4x10月, literally "3 to 4x October"), is a 1990 Japanese crime film written and directed by Takeshi Kitano, who also co-stars under his stage name Beat Takeshi. It was Kitano's second film as a director and first film as a screenwriter.

April 20, 2020. “Boiling Point” is an important film within Takeshi Kitano’s body of work, but not an easy film to watch. After he had given his debut as director in “ Violent Cop ”, Takeshi Kitano obviously found a liking to having more control over a project.
