Literary works. Gita Govinda. Jayadeva ( pronounced [dʑɐjɐˈdeːʋɐ]; born c. 1170 CE ), also spelt Jaideva, was a Sanskrit poet during the 12th century. He is most known for his epic poem Gita Govinda [2] which concentrates on Krishna 's love with the gopi, Radha, in a rite of spring. [3]
Jaydev Dipakbhai Unadkat (born 18 October 1991) is an Indian professional cricketer who has played for the Indian national team. He plays for Saurashtra in domestic cricket. He represented India in the Under-19 Cricket World Cup in 2010. In March 2020, Unadkat became the first man to captain Saurashtra to the Ranji Trophy title.

Jayadeva (flourished 12th century) was an Indian author of the Sanskrit poem Gita Govinda (“Song of the Cowherd [Krishna]”). The son of Bhojadeva, a Brahman, he was born in the village of Kenduli Sasan, Orissa (now Odisha), near the city of Puri, and was married to Padmavati.
