Serial killers John Wayne Gacy (The Killer Clown) and Dean Corll (The Candy Man) meet in Chicago, run into Charles Manson and plan a murder. This story, through fictional is based on historical facts derived from interviews and court documents.
Houston, Texas serial killer Dean Corll (Edward X. Young) along with his teenage accomplices Wayne Henley (Eric Fleising) and David Brooks (Seth Leighton Hale) are in Chicago attending a candy convention when they meet up with Chicago's own serial killer John Gacy (Jeremy Woodworth).
