All Under the Moon is a much celebrated work by Yoichi Sai, best known for Blood and Bones, a 2004 film starring Takeshi Kitano. Himself being a half-Zainichi-Korean, the subject of immigrants (particularly Korean and Filipino) in All Under the Moon is probably closer to his heart.
