Billy the Kid Outlawed is a 1940 American Western film directed by Sam Newfield and written by Oliver Drake. It stars Bob Steele as gunfighter "Billy the Kid", Al St. John as his sidekick "Fuzzy" Jones and Carleton Young as Jeff Travis, with Louise Currie and John Merton.

At the ranch, Billy learns that the brothers were murdered by a gang led by Lije Ellis. Shorty, one of the Bennett's cowhands accompanies Billy to town, where he points out Lije, Tex and Whitey, all employed by Morgan and Daly. When Billy accuses the trio of murder, a gunfight ensues.
