Oct 26, 2018 · Backed, like Asura, by Alibaba Pictures (some people must be clearing their desk even as I write), Legend of the Ancient Sword is based on the popular video game of the same title, and follows Yue Wuyi (Wang Leehom), a young adventurer whose master, Xie Yi (Archie Kao), disappeared mysteriously years ago.
Due to a fateful occurrence, Yue Wuyi leaves home. He meets revered master Xie Yi, who imparts to him the magical arts of Yan, and thus begins his journey of cultivation. Along the way he meets Wen Renyu, Xia Yize, Ah Ruan and company.
Legend of the Ancient Sword. Yue Wuyi, a young hero from Chang'an, leaves home to look for the top Gadget Master, Xie Yi. Along the way, he meets Xia Yize, a rich guy, and Wen Ren Yu, a warrior of the Tiangang Army from Hundred Herbs Valley.
Wang Lee Hom stars as Yue, a young student of “Yanjia,” a lost martial arts form. Yue sets out to find Yanjia’s greatest master, and along the way he meets Wen (Victoria Song), Xia (Godfrey Gao) and Ah (Karena Ng).
