Blood Brothers (Chinese: 天堂口; pinyin: Tiān táng kǒu; lit. 'Gate of Heaven') is a 2007 Chinese film directed by Alexi Tan and starring Daniel Wu , Shu Qi , Sun Honglei , Liu Ye and Tony Yang .
Plot. Fung (Daniel Wu) and his best friends, brothers Kang (Liu Ye) and Hu (Tony Yang), leave the countryside together to make it big in Shanghai. Things aren't so easy in the city, however, and the brothers stumble and toil until opportunity brings them to Club Paradise and ruthless mob boss Hong (Sun Honglei).
The Warlords (投名狀), previously known as The Blood Brothers, is a 2007 Chinese–Hong Kong epic historical action film directed and co-produced by Peter Chan, starring Jet Li, Andy Lau, Takeshi Kaneshiro and Xu Jinglei.

Blood Brothers takes place in 1930s Shanghai, a city in its prime; a flourishing modern-day Babylon, replete with warlords, politicians, wealthy industrialists, courtesans and gangsters. Three innocent young men, have arrived to this seeming paradise in search of a better life.
Directed by Alexi Tan. The days of innocence have passed. They must make their choices like men. But at what costs? Is blood really thicker than water? Three best friends who are barely getting by as fishermen seek their fate in 1930s Shanghai.
