Zatoichi and the Fugitives (座頭市果し状, Zatōichi hatashijō) is a 1968 Japanese chambara film directed by Kimiyoshi Yasuda and starring Shintaro Katsu as the blind masseur Zatoichi.
However, after a run-in with a group of fugitives on the run, led by Ogano Genpachiro ( Kyosuke Machida ), who knows the masseur from a previous encounter, Zatoichi meets the local doctor, Junan ( Takashi Shimura ), who invites him to stay at his home and work with him.
