In the first made for TV-movie after the series ended, Dr. Mark Sloan is on the case again. This time, the case is close to home; a frantic call from his daughter Carol sends Mark (Dick Van Dyke) and son Barry (Barry Van Dyke) off to a small town to investigate her disappearance.
Arriving in the small, seemingly pleasant mountain town, Mark investigates but the whole community denies knowing anything about his daughter and her husband. Dr. Sloan, however, soon uncovers enough evidence to make him believe that his daughter and son-in-law may have met a tragic end.
Mystery & suspense. Dr Sloan receives an unnerving call from his recently married daughter, and heads to Los Rios with his son, ready to help out, only to discover she's disappeared.
