Feb 11, 2022 · At first "Bigbug" seems like an odd title for a science fiction comedy with no big bugs in it. But in time, it makes sense. Or at least it makes sense in context of a science-fiction screwball comedy about artificial intelligence and authoritarianism and where they overlap.
A group of bickering suburbanites find themselves stuck together when an android uprising causes their well intentioned household robots to lock them in for their own safety. In 2050, artificial intelligence is everywhere. So much so that humanity relies on it to satisfy its every need and every desire even the most secret and wicked.
