4 years has passed since Detective Ma Suk-Do ( Ma Dong-Seok) wiped out Jang Chen and his group. Ma Suk-Do and his team members receive a mission to bring a suspect, who fled to Vietnam, back to to South Korea. Ma Suk-Do chases after Kang Hae-Sang ( Son Suk-Ku) in Vietnam and back to South Korea.
