Noel Andrew Burke (born 29 November 1962 in Belfast) is an Irish singer, who is best known for replacing Ian McCulloch as the lead singer with Echo & the Bunnymen for the years 1989-1993. Burke's first band was St. Vitus Dance, who released the album Love Me, Love My Dogma in 1987.

Noel Burke began his bowmaking tuition in 1989 under Charles Espey in Seattle, Washington. After a one year apprenticeship he moved to Paris where he studied under Stephane Thomachot for two years. He lives and works in Ireland and today he is regarded as perhaps one of the finest living bowmakers.
