Dame Karen Elizabeth Pierce, Lady Roxburgh, DCMG (born 23 September 1959), is a British diplomat who is currently British Ambassador to the United States [1] at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, and was previously the Permanent Representative of the United Kingdom to the United Nations.
Karen Pierce is the UK's Permanent Representative to the UN in New York and the Ambassador to the USA since 2020. She has a long and diverse career in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, including roles in Tokyo, Washington, Geneva, Afghanistan and London.
