Carmel Divine Grace Foundation Secondary School is located in Po Lam, Tseung Kwan O, Sai Kung District, New Territories, Hong Kong, China. It is the first secondary school in the new town of Tseung Kwan O, and the oldest school teaching in English in Sai Kung District.
Established in 1987, Carmel Divine Grace Foundation Secondary is the first school in the Tseung Kwan O New Town. The cost of furnishing and equipping the new school premises was generously donated by the “Divine Grace Foundation” set up by Presbyter M H Lau.
The school aims to provide an authentic English environment for students. Various support programmes are organized to help them adapt to the use of English in learning and boost their English proficiency.
