Hutt Intermediate School (HIS) is a state intermediate school located in Lower Hutt, New Zealand. The school was founded in 1948, and currently [when?] has a total number of 685 students and a teaching staff of 45. The principal, until the end of 2006, was Neil Withington.
Welcome to our new and returning Hutt Intermediate School students. We hope you have all had a relaxing holiday and looking forward to the year ahead. School begins on Wednesday 5th February. Please arrive before 8.55am and go straight to your classroom.
Hutt Intermediate, located in Lower Hutt, provides education for learners in years 7 and 8.
