Apollo Junior High School is a secondary school in Richardson, Texas. It is part of the Richardson Independent School District . Apollo is one of two intermediate schools that feed L.V. Berkner High School. Founded in 1977, Apollo educates students in grades 7-8.
All staff members at Apollo work together daily to create a safe and supportive environment which encourages every student to work to his or her full potential, provide learning experiences that build basic skills, nourish curiosity, teach problem-solving skills, and kindle a love for learning.
Apollo Junior High has done just that by turning a classroom into an esports room with 20 gaming stations for students, featuring top-of-the-line MSI computers; curved, 27-inch Samsung LED monitors; Logitech backlit keyboards; mice and headsets; and gaming desks and ergonomic chairs from Spectrum Industries.
