Tumbletown Tales is deceptively funny - although it's geared towards kids, the improv lines and quick, subtle jokes along with amusing effects and visuals make this hidden gem an entertaining show worth watching for adults too.

Tumbletown Tales is a TVOkids produced children's series. It centres on a live-action hamster named Tumbleweed (voiced by Phil McCordic) and teaches basic math skills.
Vacation: Tumbleweed packs too many seeds for his trip.
Episode 2: Tumbleweed's soccer team, The Furballs is losing to the Rat Town Racers. Later that night, Tumbleweed dreams about the Rat Town Racers and realises that they use the same patterns and the same tricks when playing soccer.
Episode 3: When Tumbleweed runs out of seeds, he heads over to Seeds R Us via wagon, boat and car. Unfortunately he can only fit half the seeds in his car into the boat. Even more unfortunately he can only fit half the seeds in the boat into the wagon.
Episode 4: When Tumbleweed decides his castle needs another room, he buys over 900 bricks from Castle Depot. However the boat ferryman can only hold 400 bricks on his boat.
Episode 5: Tumbleweed goes down the basement to collect birthday party supplies, but cannot find them.
Episode 6: Tumbleweed wants to decorate his castle. After imagining sombreros and chimpanzees (Yes really), he decides to decorate his castle with red flowers. But when he gets to the flower shop, it is almost out of red flowers, so Tumbleweed has to find another way to utilise flowers.

While shopiing for the items TW realizes he will need a lot more money. When they next meet, he & his friends divide the items into needs and wants. They bring the trip back on budget.
