Bizfile is the online filing and information retrieval system of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA). It allows you to register, renew, update, and search for business entities and individuals in Singapore. Log in with your Singpass details to access Bizfile's services and features.
BizFile + is ACRA’s online filing and information retrieval system. It enables the public to access a suite of over 300 electronic services ranging from the submission of statutory documents, and to retrieve and purchase information pertaining to business entities registered with ACRA.
Log in with Singpass. Note: From 11 April 2021, all users will log in with their Singpass details to access BizFile+.
Login to BizFile + to register a sole proprietorship or partnership here. All proposed business owners, including partners or authorised representatives, must endorse their consent on BizFile + before the business can be registered.

ACRA's Business Profiles have been enhanced with a new verification feature (bearing ACRA's stamp and ACRA Assistant Registrar's name and signature) with no change to its purchase fee of $5.50.
A new customer-centric user interface was introduced for the BizFile+ portal on 9 Feb 2018. Taking in feedback from our stakeholders, the new interface is designed to enable BizFile+ users to more easily access common e-services and relevant information.
