"Recipe For Disaster" is the twenty third episode of ThunderCats (2011 TV series).
While on their to the City of Dogs, the ThunderCats are hunted down by Mumm-Ra who has taken on the form of an undead dinosaur-like demon named Sycorax which allows him to fight even in the daylight.
Lion-O and the others couldn't even scratch Mumm-Ra in his new form.
However, a supposed "Cure-All Elixir" Lion-O bought from a questionable Wolo salesman named Ponzi had turned out to be an unexpected weapon against him.
The ThunderCats quickly try to find Ponzi in order to get more of the elixir to defeat Dragon Mumm-Ra. In a side story, Lion-O tries to get closer to Pumyra.
•The battle between Lucy and Mumm-Ra's Titan/Dragon form is a reference to the battle of Mothra vs. Godzilla
•There is a scene in the first battle where Lion-O makes a backflip spin and then fires a bolt of red energy from the Eye of Thundera. This is a reference to the 1985 Thundercats opening where Lion-O makes a similar backflip and fires a bolt of red energy at Mumm-Ra.
