Office of the Public Guardian Online (OPGO) is an online information and service portal for all matters related to the Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) and Court-appointed Deputies.
Members of the public who need in-person assistance from OPG are advised to make an appointment via the OPG hotline (1800 111 2222) before making a visit to OPG's office. Office of the Public Guardian Online (OPGO) is now live!
The OPG is a Division of the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF). The Office supports the Public Guardian in carrying out his/her functions. The Public Guardian carries out functions under section 31 of the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) to enable and protect persons who lack mental capacity.

1. For Corppass users, your Corppass Admin must set up and assign “MSF-OPGO-CP” e-Service to you before you can log onto OPGO with your Corppass. Please refer to the Corppass website for more information. 2. Certificate Issuers may log in via both Singpass and Corppass.
