Travellers can self-scan the QR code instead of presenting passport to Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) officer at the car counter. The QR code is generated via the MyICA mobile app, which can be downloaded from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
Log in to our e-Service using your Singpass to complete the online application form, or submit the Singapore Passport Application Form (overseas) (PDF, 124KB) in person at a Singapore Overseas Mission.
