The Fire Safety Manager (FSM) Scheme aims to ensure and enhance the fire safety standard within buildings. Through the Fire Safety Manager, fire safety activities and fire prevention measures are also implemented to promote fire safety awareness among the building occupants.
You may wish to check our Accredited Training Institutes which offer the part-time and/or full-time FSM course (they may also have their own subsidies for Singaporeans above the age of 45). Syllabus covered and the entry requirements are the same.
This course is designed for those who are planning to register with SCDF as a certified Fire Safety Manager. You will be trained in fire safety requirements and management measures to prepare you for the role of a fire safety manager.
Civil Defence Academy conducts the full-time Fire Safety Manager (FSM) Course on weekdays from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm over a period of 6 days. For part-time FSM course, please approach BCA
