The CBS.log file will be in your C drive (system drive), I would suggest you to open C drive and check whether you can access CBS.log. However, when the cbs.log reaches a size of 2 GB before that cleanup process compresses it, the file is to large to be handled by the makecab.exe utility.

Feb 13, 2020 · CBS blames edge. Two things I discovered about this situation with CBS All Access and Edge. 1. Turn off Ad Blocker for the CBS site, which you probably already did. 2. Disable Hardware Acceleration in Settings ---> System. After doing the above, CBS All Access works fine for me.
