In 3* heavy getting 2.5 more dark energy means doubling the amount of matter you sent in. So when you send in 8-10 hrs, it slowly come to an end, where getting more DE will become slower and slower.

Dark energy is the name given to the expansion rate of the universe and the theorized mechanism behind it. The concerning thing is that the further we look, the faster the universe seems to expand.
