I'm surprised admiral law are charging a 25% deduction fee, this is usually from claims management companies but they seem to be part of Admiral insurance (It trades as EUI Law, Diamond Law, Elephant Law, Admiral Law, BDE Law).

Windscreen repair and replacement cover is included in Admiral’s comprehensive policies as standard and can be purchased as an added extra on other policies. If the glass is repaired, there is an excess of £25. If any glass is replaced, there is an excess of £115.

Apr 6, 2008 · Admiral took a substantial amount of money (over £800) from my account without permission two months after the policy ran out. I believe that they have a policy of always taking money from people's accounts of they possibly can - even if you cancel it which must be against the code of practice if not against the law.
