SINGAPORE (13 Dec): The controlling shareholder of Hai Leck Holdings has been increasing his stake in the industrial engineering company since end-November. In his most recent purchase on Dec 10, Cheng Buck Poh, the company’s founder and executive chairman, bought 99,500 shares at 52.5 cents each.
