Btw, I just noticed that Etsy has been marking all of my support requests to them - even those stating that the email that says we were "credited" but then we received no credit - even those support tickets have been marked as complete but no responses from them on the rectification and also the problem of the negative 5 figures is still persisting.

They appear correct when I view them on my computer screen but then when they print the dollars are converted to Singapore Dollars (SGD) vs U.S. Dollars.

I don’t have much stock and it’s not super expensive, so each purchase was a bit shy of $300. They did initiate a conversation before this about how much they liked my work, and they did send payment for each purchase immediately.

If you want to track all the way, you can add Registered Mail. It is around $13 or so and takes a bit longer as the parcel is checked in and out on each leg of the journey, but is the most secure way to ship anything overseas.
