HOME provides assistance to migrant workers in Singapore, many of whom are abused and exploited. Typical problems include: wage theft, work injuries, poor living conditions, and physical, verbal and psychological abuse. We also assist and advocate on behalf of survivors of human trafficking and forced labour.

How can you contribute to HOME? Casework Volunteer (Domestic/Non-domestic) At HOME, we have 2 help desk offices —one dedicated to migrant domestic workers and another catering to migrant workers across various sectors (i.e. construction, marine, services, etc.).
We offer courses in English, computer literacy (internet and Microsoft Office applications), cooking, baking, caregiving, dressmaking, cosmetology and hairdressing. We encourage former students of the Academy to qualify and return as inspiring tutors.
