Feb 18, 2024 · After several hours I have now found a solution, I hope it works for you too. 1. delete all Apple applications for Windows (iCloud, iTunes, Bonjour, etc...) 2. disconnect Windows device from iCloud via an Apple device (via iCloud settings) 3. installation of the "old" iCloud for Windows.

Aug 19, 2023 · I have changed my ID and password. The pop up keep asking to enter password to continue. I get no access to change the ID. (Grey-out). I had already uninstalled icloud but two icloud windows pop up - I close them and they pop up again. If the program is uninstalled how can this be happening. Also I have rebooted the computer, etc.
Oct 9, 2023 · -> I reset my iCloud password -> Same result-> I cleared the cache of the iCloud app in the setting and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app -> Same result-> Uninstalled and reinstalled all other apples apps like iTunes, Apple Devices etc -> Same Result-> Also disabled the firewall and the anti-virus -> Same Result.
