Dec 18, 2020 · Since Plex is a streaming server, I urge everyone to optimize your mp4 / m4v files for streaming. Editing meta tags will often cause the need to optimize the files (or even to re-optimize them if they have been optimized before). Conveniently, this can be done with mp3tag as well: Select one or several mp4 files in mp3tag, then right click on them.
